Terms of Service

By installing, accessing, or using the WA Spark Chrome extension or any associated web services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

WA Spark is a Chrome browser extension that enhances the WhatsApp Web experience with features including bulk messaging, contact and group analytics, privacy controls, and template management. The Service also includes a web-based chat analyzer at waspark.io.

You are solely responsible for your WhatsApp account and any actions taken through the WA Spark extension. This includes all messages sent, contacts managed, and any consequences arising from your use of bulk messaging or automation features.

You acknowledge that improper use of bulk messaging tools may result in WhatsApp restricting or banning your account, and WA Spark is not responsible for any such actions taken by WhatsApp.

You agree to use WA Spark in compliance with all applicable laws and WhatsApp's own Terms of Service. You agree not to:

• Send unsolicited spam, scams, or phishing messages
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the extension
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the Service in a way that degrades it for other users

WA Spark and all associated branding, code, design, and documentation are the intellectual property of WA Spark. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the extension for personal or business purposes in accordance with these terms.

WA Spark is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc. The extension interacts with WhatsApp Web as a browser-level tool and relies on the publicly accessible interface of WhatsApp Web.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future versions of WhatsApp Web.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WA Spark and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or WhatsApp account restrictions arising from your use of the Service.

Certain features of WA Spark may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be clearly presented before purchase. All sales are final. Due to the nature of the software and the inherent risks of bulk messaging (including potential WhatsApp account restrictions), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds are provided for the current or any previous billing periods. We strongly encourage using the free tier to evaluate the software before purchasing.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension. Upon termination, all locally stored data is removed with the extension.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
